Benefits of Chrysanthemum Tea

Chrysanthemum tea is very common and it's served in many Chinese restaurants.   It's known as a "cooling herb" for helping the body to reduce heat. People with sore throat or fever can drink this tea to help alleviate the symptoms.

In traditional Chinese medicine, it's also known as the herb to "clear the liver and the eyes". In other words, the herb can help with eye pains and help calm stress and angers that's associated with the liver and other related issues.

Chrysanthemum tea is very easy to make. All you have to do is to boil the dried chrysanthemum flower and add in sugar according to your taste. There are also ready-made bottle tea sold in Asian supermarkets.
